Minimalism to the max. One kick, one synth, one sound, and one-note. Melody and harmony are not allowed. The interest is kept with the use of timbre and articulations only. No embellishments, no SFX, no fills, no form, nor any particular writing. The track must be one step away from a loop, but as interesting as possible. The character: heavy and aggressive, as opposed to the cliché feel of minimal Techno. Can we push a track to the limit with a minimal approach? Ideally, this journey will take us to the edge between Techno and Hardcore - Borderline -
