On the wall, over my piano, synth, mac and digital stuff, is a picture called "Uskrevet Stykke" (Unwritten Piece). The painter is Roar Kjærnstad (Track image is not the painting). And this track is an attempt to put sound to this picture, that greets my every morning :-). And the picture also brings back memories of my own strugling with the keys, but also the deep fascination for the sound as it enters the whole room...

Trying to capture the feeling of a known place, a safe place, turning into something a bit scary at night, in the fog and after rain. Wanting to hurry, listening for sounds, seeing shadows, feeling uneasy.

Middle aged and self taught. Started playing at the age of 5, with a kind of "halt" between 19 and 45, but found the priceless love of sound again. In early days I played a bit in theater settings. Love to "mould" music rather than "compose". Quite ok with making music as an individual and therapeutic activity, but if you are a cellist, viola-player, flutist, experimental vocalist or "field recorder" - please reach out :-).
