A solo podcast with George Couros where he reflects on learning, growth, and our own mental capacity. There are times when outside factors and relationships affect what we do in education. Couros shares that he has been working to take better care of himself both mentally and physically. In this episode, he shares his hopes that everyone is taking time for themselves. In this episode, Couros goes over the following five ideas in detail: 


Model the change that you want to see. 

Show that you understand the value that already exists.

Tell stories.

Bring it back to the kids.

Get people excited and then get out of the way.
