Tell Me Lies

“Though our sins are like scarlet, we shall be as white as snow!" (Isaiah 1:18) What a season; what a reason to celebrate ... for to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6) There are so many things that make this season my favorite of all. The lights, the snow, the children, the smiles, the God of miracles lifted high, sounds of choirs, angels on display and the Spirit of our Messiah showing off through our love, joy, peace and generosity towards one another! Oh, the wonder of it all! 

From my family to yours, I pray that out of His glorious riches, he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, and that Yeshua the Messiah will make his home in your hearts as you trust in Him. May your roots grow down into God's love and keep you strong and may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep His love is. May you experience His love, though it is too great to understand fully. Then, you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now, all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to Him in the church and in Yeshua the Messiah through all generations forever and ever! Amen.
