This is the second of several tracks in a demo album that’s been in the works since sometime in 2019. Though this song is not officially named, I like to think of it affectionately as the “Christmas Song”. The “Christmas Song” was written in the span of about 2 days (if I remember correctly) in late December 2020, in me and my wife’s first apartment. The Christmas Song

This particular track I call “10” or “Ten”, simply because it is the tenth track in an older project I abandoned due to lack of interest to continue working on it. This is the latest track in a demo album that’s been in the works since sometime in 2019. This particular track was influenced by one of my best friends. We were jamming one day, and he started playing G, C, A, G, C, A… I promptly stole that, to which he was graciously consenting. Anyway, the rest is history. Growing up in a borderline rural Southeastern small town in North Central Arkansas has left me artistically starved as a musician. It’s not quite Southeast, and it’s not quite Midwest. It’s just sort of in between. Sort of the leftovers of society. That being said, I find myself very fortunate to have manifested something in my life that I believe has the potential to breed enjoyment. Be it as an avenue to express oneself in listening, or to spread the idea that your mind has the power to create anything, despite your circumstance. And if it weren’t for my circumstance, I may have not known I was hungry.
