Thankyou to Luke Perry for playing live guitar for me and MASSIVE thanks to Paul and family and the sanctuary crew for repeatedly getting me back, giving me the opportunity to express and for holding such beautiful space . A 103BPM remix of the very groovy and uber cool Up All Night by the UK R&B collective Sault. I love the original track so much, it has so many fantastic parts but I really wanted to rework it for a DJ set context. I reworked the composition to focus on my favourite hooks, added in some more bass, guitar and percussion to accentuate the groove of the track and finished off with a synth-laden melodic climax that aligns with the track's swinging beat. I hope you enjoy!
