Teri is deeply involved in somatic practice. Her background as an
Authorized Teacher by Emilie Conrad and the current director for
Continuum Movement®, Body-Mind Centeringt® Practitioner, founder of
SOMAfest and Somatic Movement Arts training, co-teacher for the
Continuum Virtual with Caryn Heilman. past president of ISMETA,
editorial board member of the Journal for Dance and Somatic Practices,
immerses her in the field of dance, movement education, and integrative
therapies, allowing her to draw upon a wide circle of somatic practitioners
and pioneers.

Teri shares the relevance between embodied awareness and conscious
responsiveness to life circumstance. Moving inquiry that embraces our
