𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐬 & 𝐃𝐨𝐨𝐦 is a song recorded in the winter of 2016 in Pittsburgh when i used to live on Negley across from the project that was torn down, displacing hundreds of in-need locals, for the sake of a Whole Foods ( that ironically was never erected ) and still remains a void in the heart of East Liberty.

In 2016 Kanye and Cudi we’re definitely on my playlists and the way they took sonics to another level with the software was dope but i had my own story and wanted to create my own sound with vocals and layering. this was once of the first songs i finished recording and felt good about, mixing rap with a simple melodic chorus layered with guitar amp distortion. a super murky & thick mood i started calling “Grime Soul”
