this space is for little recordings/song snippets that will never go anywhere but here! while they are VERY rough and I might not think the songs are good enough to develop or produce, I like their unfinished nature and I think they are like little diary entries that detail my feelings from the time in which they were written. this is just a cute little idea that mostly serves me and my self-reflection. woo!

this one is interesting. the singing makes me gag! kinda boring structure/chord progression, except for maybe that minor opening, and the guitar-playing is clearly unrefined. but I felt quite drawn into the story as I re-listened to it and I like the conversational style of the lyrics. don't like the use of 'fuck' in verse 1 but LOVE it in chorus 2, weirdly. the non-plussed/I'm just rhyme from verse 2 scratched an itch in my brain that I didn't know needed scratching. love the muse/be amusing/alarming sequence in chorus 2, very fun story-telling! but yeah, it's pretty musically derivative and would need a lot of development to make it out of the vault. let me know what u think!
