Description: This longer piece is a commission for a friend. She wanted to have a background music written for a meditation over which she speaks the guiding words of the meditation. So it was about a calm, relaxing atmosphere, which is not too dominant and over the long time also not too monotonous.

A track I have played with in the past but was never fully satisfied with until now.  Very happy to have collaborated with Finn again on this fun take on a Irish trad standard.
