What's up y'all. My name is Andrew James, and welcome to the first episode of Alchemy Series: A one-hour (at least), weekly (at least) mix that will consist of whatever music I've gravitated to that week.

6/25/22. I woke up this morning with everything going on and felt inspired to put music out that could bring people together and just dance, spread love and joy. Connect with themselves. Feel the power of just being. And maybe build some empathy and learn to have compassion for others while we're at it.

What's up y'all. My name is Andrew James from Chicago and based out of New York City. By day I run a furniture design company, and for the past several years have been DJ'ing privately, until I recently returned from a trip and felt called to begin putting music out in a way that allows all to access and be able to enjoy, as it has been for me - an outlet - a resource, for managing emotions and so on. There is a lot going on right now. 

I will be posting a week mix called the Alchemy Series, that will have no rules, it'll usually be an hour long, maybe longer sometimes, maybe it'll happen more than once a week, and really it'll just be what I'm feeling that week. 

There will always be room for improvement, but above all I just hope this can be a resource for you to let go, and operate out of love and just being, rather than getting lost in the stories we tell ourselves.
