Sounom & Sagou,, two Dutch based producers, have a big love for melodic techno and progressive house and they are always trying to explore new horizons.

For the last couple of years they were monthly residents at the HeavensGate Deep Show on www.di.fm in which they played a one-hour-mix themselves accompanied by a guest mix by dj's like Guy J, Paul Hazendonk, Ingo Vogelmann, Steve Parry, Estroe and Hernan Cattaneo.

Releases were on Modern Agenda, Or Two Strangers, Manual Music, MNL, Cinematique, Kamarad Meyer Musik, Variety Music, White Label Recordings and many more, and they were supported by Hernan Cattaneo, Eelke Kleijn, Jamie Stevens, Gai Barone and others.
They have worked together with artists like Tim Engelhardt, Kamilo Sanclemente, Golan Zocher, Boss Axis, Mr.MNT, Dustin Nantais, Danny Lloyd, East Cafe, Mario Hammer and Juliane Wolf.

We’re back with another episode of Distant Grooves. Taking over the mix series this month is Nawed Khan aka Browncoat. A lot of us have been a part of his epic sunrise sets at Satellite Beachside every December in Goa. Backed by over 15 years of experience as a DJ with performances across 5 continents and major festivals like Awakenings, Vh1 Supersonic and Anjunadeep; Browncoat prominently features amongst the mainstays of the alternative dance
music representation in India. 

With releases on Yotto’s Odd One Out, Steyoyoke and a few more big ones planned before this year ends, Browncoat is fast becoming a force to reckon with. 

This month he takes over Distant Grooves with a fantastic mix featuring tracks and remixes from Innellea, Yotto, gardenstate and some new unreleased music from himself.
