It packs the usual Antics punch, but has some nice variety thrown in there as well with some heavy use of different tones throughout. (Clean, bass octave etc.)

Lyrically, the songs are a lot more sneering and venomous than before - we aren't holding back any punches on these songs. Shane (the band's drummer's) voice has much more of a presence on this album which has opened the doors for harmonies.

There are quite a few sounds on there that are experimental and make for an abrasive first listen. The deliberate ordering of the songs makes sure you aren't comfortable with one sound for too long.

The seventh remix of 'Penny Antics' samples just in time for those Summery vibes. As a fan of 'Trance' music, I've always wanted to have a go at making my own song in that genre, but, until now, I've never been happy with the outcome. This track's a homage to all the cheesy but catchy Trance music of the late 90's/early 00's. Samples taken from both our live performances and studio recordings.

The Penny Antics are a two piece Grunge/Punk band from Essex! We've been gigging around for over three years now and are developing an ever-expanding fanbase. We have a 10 song album out, a 5 song EP and have comprised a setlist that can span well over 30 minutes if needs be. Having had our song 'Manners' played on BBC Introducing in Essex's show on 14/09/18, we're actively expanding our horizons and reaching out to bigger and better opportunities.  We're known for our unpredictable and energetic performances and play each set as though it were our last; in both practices and gigs!
