Starting October 26th, Georgia Power will begin to lower the levels of Lake Sinclair to allow residents and businesses to do shoreline work.

Lake Area State Senator Burt Jones talks about the "petty politics" of losing his committee chairmanship in the Georgia Senate.

Senator Jones also talks about a controversial letter he was to hand deliver to Vice President Mike Pence about Congress certifying the Electoral College.

He also talks about the leaking of the letter, which he calls a “betrayal" by members of his own party.

We did request interview with Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan about Senator Jones' comments. His office did not take us up on our offer.
