I moved to the North Dallas area about 7 months ago, so take my opinions with a grain of salt. That being said, I think my list of Dallas pros will be helpful for those of you planning on moving to Dallas.

►Recipe of the Episode:
Matt's Homemade Mac N Cheese

Servings:
Approx 12 servings

Ingredients: 
1 lb Pasta
1 8oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup 2% Milk
8oz Cheddar Cheese
Dash of Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 
1) cook pasta as indicated on the box
2) grease a 9" x 13" glass pan (Matt uses Pam)
3) combine all other ingredients
   with cooked pasta in glass pan
4) bake at 350°F for 25 minutes
