The Gran Canaria Experience 2013 ( The 27th Year)

The History 

” A Week of Sun, Fun and Musical Fantasy”

Since 1986 The RJS family have travelled all over Europe and the Caribbean, creating our very own brand of that Special London Raving Environment but in other countries with our own DJs Starting with RJS Ibiza in 1987.

We have entertained generations of ravers leaving our mark on the map in each country and will continue to do so!

The Process

Step One

You Purchase your entertainment pass from any of the RJS DJs, Reps or online at www.nwrworld.com in this post below. This pass is your entrance into all events and will be placed on you when you arrive in Gran Canaria

Step Two 

Book your Flight to Gran Canaria ( Las Palmas Airport). The dates are 16th – 23rd September 2013

(Bear in mind Hotels Check – in tends to be 2pm and Check – out tends to be between 10am and Midday. )

The first event begins at 11pm on the 16th Sept and the final event is the night of the 22nd Sept.

Step Three

Sort out who you are travelling and book your hotel from our travel agent VIP Travel who are based in Gran Canaria.

V.I.P travel have secured an RJS Group discount and will book you into the hotel the group will be staying at, working out much cheaper than purchasing direct.

Pass Info

Passes 

There are a limited number of passes available on a first come, first serve basis. Passes purchased are NON – Refundable or Exchangeable.

Passes are £200 for one week but are available at the discounted Early Bird rate of £175, if purchased before May 1st 2013.

A Limited weekend pass is also available for those unable to make the full week. This pass is for Friday 20th – Monday 23rd Sept only. This pass is

£100 but is available at the discounted rate of £75 if purchased before May 1st 2013.

The pass will include: Entrance into all RJS Events, Transfers to and from all RJS Excursions (not to and from airport). Free drinks Party till 2am on the first night, A 3 course meal at dinner & dance night plus the presence off all your favourite London entertainers.

The pass can be purchased in cash from any of the DJs or RJS Reps, You will need to fill in a booking form and then a Confirmation Email will be forwarded to you by email shortly after.

Flight Info

The Flights 

Las Palmas Airport is a 40 min journey from the hotel, so do make sure you arrange a Taxi or Transfer.

Airlines who fly direct to Las Palmas ( Gran Canaria) are: EasyJet, Thomson, Thomas Cook

And non – direct flights: British Airways and Iberia

The Hotel

The group will be staying at the 3 Star Lopesan BuenaVentura hotel in Playa Del Ingles, which will be based on 2 people sharing twin beds (There is also an option for a 3rd person to share). You have an option to add Breakfast, Half Board or go All – Inclusive.

The Itinerary 

The week will include themed party nights raving in several different clubs, a Catamaran Boat Trip, Beach Party, pool party, a free drinks piss up, the infamous dinner & dance (Dress up Oscars night) & ending with the traditional, all white last man or woman standing party.

An accurate itinerary will be forwarded to clients when they have booked which will be subject to change,for those who would like to contribute their theme night ideas for this year, feel free to email richief@live.co.uk as we have two more to pick!
