I have a little excerpt of something I'm writing soooo, here you go:

"It's difficult to explain how hard I fell. I guess the only way to describe it is to say that my heart fell out of my chest. Yeah, I didn't trip, or jump off a building, I fell for someone. His smile brightened my world, his laugh made my heart flutter and his touch made me fall in love with him even more.

It hurts to be in love while depressed. Your heart is happy though your brain is not, you tell yourself you don't deserve them or that you're ugly or that you're fat or that you aren't worth their time or that you don't deserve them. I know the feeling, I go through that every day. You aren't alone out there, I promise. 

So please, let somebody know, whether it be a friend or your parents or your boyfriend/girlfriend, tell somebody! 

I love you, no matter the race, no matter the disability, no matter the sex, no matter the gender. I love you the way you are."

To the boys & girls with anorexia-- You don't need to be skinnier, you don't need to be prettier/handsomer; you're gorgeous and perfect the way you are. I know you think that our perfection levels are different, but they aren't. I'm anorexic too, always comparing myself to others and telling myself I'm fat and ugly. My friends support me to eat(well, the few who care), and though I refuse, they keep trying. Don't starve yourself anymore, please, you're perfect the way you are! <3

To the boys & girls with depression-- I know it's rough but you can do it, people love you, I know you can do it. Your parents, your friends and even your classmates(the mean ones) will miss you if you leave. I would too. I already do. I've had 3 friends who've committed suicide and it's hard to move on or even heal. We weren't really all that close but I loved them(in a platonic way). When they were gone I blamed myself for not listening or not talking to them more often. So please, don't do it. Put down that knife, put down the rope, put down the bleach, and most of all, keep that chin up. Things will get better soon. <3

To the boys & girls with schitzophrenia-- I know you're different, but it's okay! Being different is good, even if it's hard to keep going. Voices plague your mind in class, imaginary people poke fun at you and laugh when you mess up. But, there, right in front of you, is a butterfly. It's beckoning you to come closer, through the people and past the voices. When you reach it, it flies to your shoulder and whispers, "I love you". And everything disappears. <3 

To the boys & girls that don't understand-- If you don't understand any of what I just wrote or what I'm saying now then this is for you. People have a hard time in life, you may not be having that trouble, but others are. Girls starve themselves to look like models, boys cut themselves because they aren't perfect and don't want to be alive anymore. If you still don't understand I can't really help, people can change as long as they feel that they can. Depression isn't a choice, Anorexia(or bulimia) isn't a lifestyle. Schizophrenia isn't a lie.  So please, take the time to think of what you've just read. <3
