About We’re Alright (Tu Du Tu Du):
Humanity has the special characteristic of always wanting to judge others. As soon as you do something that is considered outside the norm, people will talk about it. That isn’t a problem in itself, but it is when it immediately
makes a value judgment about someone. Whatever hobby or passion someone has and whatever you may think about it, respect that person.
Having a different opinion or passion does not necessarily make that someone a bad or strange person. Ultimately, we are all human. The new single shows the versatility of the band. “It's a different sound than what peopleare used to hearing us. We're Alright is uptempo, cheerful and sounds quite poppy, in contrast to our album Fake With Grace which
is basically more rock oriented. And yet, at the same time, it’s still typical Box of Kings because of Chris's unique voice and Jeroen's
unmistakable guitar sound. In the meantime, we are receiving extremely positive feedback on the track. Our family members have been complaining for weeks: "I can't get that song out of my head!!". They
couldn't have made a better compliment.

About the band
Box of Kings was founded in 2018 and got off to a flying start. The debut EP 'Symphony of Superficiality' was well received and several nominations quickly followed, such as 'Best Newcomer' at the 3voor12 Gelderland
Awards. In 2022, the band released the debut album Fake With Grace. The album was written, recorded, mixed and produced almost entirely
by Jeroen and Chris. In order to perform the songs live as best as possible, a search was started for new band members. In 2023, bass player Frank Strokap and drummer Wesley Gerrits joined the band. From that moment on
things went fast and the name Box of Kings started to become more and more of a household name in the rock scene. The band is praised for their live shows and has already provided several supporting acts, including
Eric Steckel (USA) and Cardinal Black (UK).
