A sunny blues song about a seductive temptress...ooh. Played on my wonderful, well worn 1974 Gibson ES-335, just the best 335 I've ever played.

Call the Doctor

A trip on the train from Southport to Liverpool inspired this one, every station gets a mention. You could say a modern day route 66 though not in a car and not quite so cool. There's a geographical error in one line...see if anyone spots it. Played on a homemade cigar box guitar, one of my self made vintage style Tele's plus a few other things.

The Merseyrail Express

Recorded with my wife and fellow Ballyhoo, Rebecca Fearn.  I tried to learn to play acoustic guitar a bit better and this song fell out of that exercise. Far too much reverb but we live and learn. Played on a lovely little Sigma 000M-15 acoustic, a knackered old 12 string and some bongos.

Psychedelic soul thing, it all came from a 2 second riff I was playing on the couch! Played on Fearnwood 3, one of my favourite self-built guitars, Les Paul Junior(ish) but with a pair of humbuckers, made from a weathered mahogany plank and an old hardwood fence post....recycle kids, keep it green!
