The Dockers tease their new EP with heartwarming, passionate single. 
After the release of debut EP “Yahtzee”, followed by singles such as “Gypasy King”, christmas epic “Ljubljana Lights” and “Wonderful”, The Dockers release single “I knew him (well?) Horatio”, from their upcoming second EP. The song follows the motif of Hamlet, and the constant questioning of morality in a time of despair. The song was written during a trip to Spain during a particularly down period following a few close friends suicides in the space of a short time. 
The song is heartwarming but passionate, soft but confident and serious yet with a classic Dockers care free attitude. The outro (which comprises of close to half the song), screams the darkness yet how light it all can be. This single follows the strong theme of “temperamental” which has been at the forefront front of their last few singles.

Two idiots, from Sydney, decided to learn guitar, then bass.. Then started singing and concluded there was an element of dance missing from their peers and set to change that. Muz & Louis met when working as lifeguards together, and when they’re not drinking coffee and charming elderly women, they make funky tunes and seek to bring those good vibes out there. The band’s deep sense of irony and surrealist sense of fun attributed to snack bar sugar and chlorine are currently recording and playing gigs all over Sydney. They’ve headlined, accelerated during covid, and playing killer sets at Red Bar, sold out Factory Theatre & La La’s Wollongong twice whilst generating a ground swell for these high and dry lifeguards as their EP has now hit over 80K streams in total.
