In this episode we talk about working with Millennials. Thing is, two of us are practically millennials (on the older side) and one of us, is definitely a millennial. This should be interesting! 

Millennials are in the news a ton these days. It makes sense though, their are 80+ million of us. They represent a generation whose world and view is very different from previous ones before them. Instead of hating, ignoring or complaining about them, we thought we'd talk about ways to get the best out of them!

We also discuss how Church influence has little to do with the size of your church. The internet and mobile have changed that game.
