David Newton was the guitarist/songwriter in UK modern rock chart toppers The Mighty Lemon Drops (“Inside Out” etc). “Winter Tragedy” is an upbeat sounding yet darkly twisted holiday tale. The video, directed by The Strokes/Iggy Pop/Offspring producer Joel Tabbush features members of The Little Ones, The Blood Arm, Bad Girlfriend, VPL, Kissing Tigers, Faraway Beaches performing in a snow storm in sunny California.
