The Art of Teambuilding

Basic-rules:
1. Do not build on sand of thoughts, 
    but in the interest of the art of teambuilding !
2. Do not build on what you already know,
    but explore all what you don´t know about others !
3. Do not build on self-illusions and resistance,
    but on examination and teambuilding-insights !
4. Do not build on fear and doubt,
    but on sharing-together and empathic-involvement !
5. Do not build on emotional-isolation and hiding,
    but on surrendering to the truth of teambuilding rules  !
6. Do not build on compulsion or shortage of intimacy,
    but on creating safe contacts !
7. Do not build on more-of-the-same-stuff,
    but make a change of method and work climate !
8. Do not build too much on rationalism and talking,  
    but work with the energy of people !
9. Do not build on the strong side of the ego,
    but on the tenderness of the heart !
10.Do not condemn the imperfect side of people,
    but focus on the things that connect by love !  

Checklist for Teambuilding:

The Art of Teambuilding, must be build with the "bricks" of..........PASSIONS ! 

This shortening -PASSIONS- means: 

1. P-rofundity in contact.
2. A-ttention to the other one.
3. S-ecure and safe, every member in the group must feel safe and secure during the process.
4. S-urrendering, every member of the group must surrender to the process of teambuilding of the whole group.
5. I-ntimacy, without intimacy there´s no real contact.
6. O-penness, holding back things will not improve trust, profundity and intimacy in the group and so also not the solidarity.
7. N-eed, what does one member, or the whole group need, to improve the level of solidarity ? Always ask this question again and again to the group and the individual members !
8. S-hare with the group and share with one member of the group. More, more, more !

Analyse which things can be better and how to reach this ? In particular the two group-leaders must analyse the process and the results, so that they can improve the weaker aspects within the group !

Teambuilding: conditions, atmosphere and attitude.

1. Primary conditions: every member of the group must have motivation for the Teambuilding-process.
Every member of the group must play an active role in the whole process, making this project a winner ! 

2. Atmosphere: there has to be always a good, positive and warm atmosphere in the group, with space for emotions, good conversations, and talking out conflicts. It is important that someone plays the role as a mediator in the group, in case two people get "problems" with each other. 

It is also important, that two people lead the whole group. One leader counsels the active-process in the group, the other leader follows the process that develops and makes corrections in the process, so that everything will be in the interest of the process of good Teambuilding !  

3. Attitude: for a succesful process of Teambuilding, every member of the group must have the right attitude for the project. This means surrendering to the active process and willing to be vulnerable. Every member of the group must deeply understand, that all human beings are different, and at the other hand we share many of the same spiritual desires. All the people in the group, must focus on common interests like creativity, humor, serious interest in other group-members, sharing feelings and thoughts freely.
 
Teambuilding: a process of active and passive methods.

The process of the Art of Teambuilding can be fulfilled by meditation-time, making a circle for sharing, using sports, singing, dancing, use a break and play games, dramatical tasks, role-playing, interviews, cooking for the group, creating a party, doing a quiz, special orders, telling stories about special life-experiences, poëtry and prayers....and more ! Pyjama-party, why not ?! There are millions of possibilities, use them if possible !

Jesus is my Anger about injustice.
Jesus is my Annoyance that i tend to renounce.
Jesus is my Hatred towards harmful abuse of power.
Jesus is my Irritation about human jabber and moaning.
Jesus is my Frustration about a lack of real contact.
Jesus is my Refusal to adapt to what is wrong.
Jesus is my Vengeance that is melted down in prayer to forgiveness.
Jesus is my Tolerance towards my strong emotions.
Jesus is my Whip of Ropes by which i chase away my enemies.
Jesus is my Pain that is crying out for admission.
Jesus is the Balm that makes my heart tender again.
Jesus is the Name in which i out-breath my impatience.
Jesus is the Childlike Simplicity that i'm looking for.
Jesus is the Water which cleans my inner self.
Jesus is the Respect of tacit tolerance.
Jesus is Learning to choose between mind, feelings and intuïtion. 
Jesus is the Word of God that comes to life in Me.
Jesus is the Will of God in me personally.
Jesus is the One who understands me completely.
Jesus is the Only Exception who never rejects me.
Jesus is the World beyond my thoughts.
Jesus is the Discovery of my real or fake.
Jesus is the Insight that satisfies me completely.
Jesus is Practicing in my human empathy.
Jesus is the Compassion from me towards other people.
Jesus is the Consolation for me as there is no one else for me.
Jesus is the Love that i miss in contact with other people.
