contend it was Job, because he had a lot of ‘patience.’ But most would agree it’s Moses because he delivered all the children of Israel! All humor aside, we know that the greatest physician in the Bible is the Savior Himself—the one who can heal each of us. Er hatte eigentlich gedacht, Landwirtschaft sei dazu da, die Menschen zu ernähren. Sie solle konstant gute, hohe und sichere Erträge bringen, damit möglichst viele Menschen gut ernährt werden und Hungersnöte der Vergangenheit angehören.
Dr. Willi Kremer-Schillings ist Landwirt, promovierter Landwirt. Er weiss also, wie es geht und auch, wie schwer es ist, der Natur einigermassen gute Ernten abzuringen. Das ist keineswegs selbstverständlich und gesichert. 
Doch Erfolge und Fortschritte Erfolge zählen heute nicht mehr. Nicht umsonst hat er sein Buch „Satt und unzufrieden“ überschrieben. Ein Gespräch darüber, wie sicher die Getreideernten und -lieferungen sind, was auf die Bauern und Verbraucher in Europa zukommt und wie Lebensmittel zum Spielball der Politik werden.
