Elsa Marie D’Silva is currently the Founder and CEO of Red Dot Foundation and the founder of Safecity, which is a platform that documents sexual harassment and abuse in public spaces. This data which maybe anonymous, gets aggregated as hot spots on a map indicating trends at a local level. The idea is to make this data useful for individuals, local communities and local administration to identify factors that causes behavior that leads to violence and work on strategies for solutions.

Raghda Abu-Shahla is a Palestinian humanitarian worker living in Gaza. She is Assistant to the Director of Operations for the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East. She has devoted her life to bringing peace to one of the most intractable conflicts in the world. Already early on, she realized that this mission has to start with herself. So, Raghda doesn’t just tolerate the other side but forges friendships with her neighbors.
