so The Economy, which up to this point has been entirely propped up by magic & the exploitation of overworked, underpaid workers, now demands more lifeblood of its workers & most vulnerable to keep producing shit we never needed in the first place at the expense of  things we've always needed. but don't dare call these life saving workers "essential" because that would mean we would have to pay them more than crumbs so they can continue to participate in the same Economy that doesn't care if they die. that never did.
