Great! One of my favorite songs. Brings back many wonderful memories.

I always like to tell a story in a song, and this one tells a tale of misfortune, starting out looking like fate, while ending up as a tale of woe that is all fun in the telling. I started the tune, created the framework, and set the stage in Verse 1 and chorus and passed it off to Keith for him to continue to take the tune in any direction he wanted...and...well...darned if he didn't go and do just that...beep!   ;)
