This was recorded in Ricks Garage. I found this in my massive collection of material.  I always loved his singing on this. The recording had a part in the middle that Rick and I did not care for.  I spent hours of editing to remove that part. This is the softer part in the middle of the song. I have been wanting to do this for years, but did not know how.  Now that I am learning Logic Pro X better I was able to.  Rick on guitar and vocal composition. Kenny Glanden on drums, Ken Kennedy on Bass.  Myself on guitar, keyboard, backing vocals and production.  Lots of tears were shed doing this.  The editing was a friggin chore. I love that I can still play with Rick like this. Love you my brother. Rest In Peace.

Persons Of Interest " Diamond O "

This song is a song by the late great Rick Whitaker. A dear friend and Dover musician . Rick has many songs and was an integral part of Black Sun Records. Rick was there from the beginning. Although this song has been around for a long time, this version was discovered on his VS-2480 that his son's gave to me when he passed. The first thing I did when I got back to Dallas after traveling to Dover for his funeral was to get in to the remaining  tracks on the VS-2480. I was able to recover this before the 2480 crashed. I added some lead and rhythm guitar and mixed it the best I could. Musicians are as followes :  Rick Whitaker , Guitar, Vocals , Composition . Rob Stanfield : Bass. Greg Whitaker , Drums. Chris Dube' , Lead Guitar , Rhythm Guitar.  We all love you Rick and we miss you dearly.

This tune is about a grease ball night club owner. The kind I remember from my playing days around Dover.  A few of them come to mind and will remain nameless . This song comes from the memories I have of night clubs in Dover such as The Hub and others. All music and Vocals were recorded on Roland VS-1680 in Dover Delaware by Chris Dube'.

This song is about the summers we spent down at Rehoboth beach being boardwalk bums. Way back in the day, This tune was recorded very poorly but I love the vibe of the song. Its very hard to get everything right when we were this young. Ive always wanted to redo this song with better recording techniques. This song was written with those days down at the shore in mind. We used to hitch hike down and sleep under the board walk. This tune has a very dreamy vibe about it that I still love even though the recording sucked. Music and Vocals by Chris Dube'

This beat and rap was made with the Europe trance hip hop rave in mind. This is how I would market this tune. Made to dance to at the rave. The first version was 8 minutes long.
