I’m in a horrible mindset, again a bit suicidal but this time thinking about running away, I know it’s wrong and I need help, but I feel like everything’s gonna fall apart soon enough even if I don’t, it’s a difficult choice for me to make, I’ve felt suicidal before and even tried to end it before, this is the first time I’ve wanted to run away to die, and most likely won’t be the last time, I feel horrible, I feel my sanity draining trying to make the choice
