On a planet where 7 billion people step on each other's toes, it's not easy to find your stage, to give voice to your thoughts and feelings. And even if the virtual venues in our thoroughly digitalized world suggest that we can all amplify our voices comfortably, the air remains thin overall.

But hold on. There is always a chance to peel through your cocoon, allow metamorphosis, and spread your wings.

This course was such an opportunity. To leave the comfort zone, to lift hidden language treasures, to release the handbrake of grammar and stylistics taught in schools, to finally find the "flow".

What came out of it, no one would have thought possible. 10 tracks, which immediately made it into the radio charts of Bauhaus FM at number 1 in the morning program. 

Maybe one or the other song (or all of them) will even make it into your ear or your heart. Try it out.

All tracks were written and produced by the students of the Texthandwerk course at the Bauhaus University Weimar, in the winter semester 2021/22, directed by Stephan Ganser.
