“10th CORPORATE GOVERNANCE FORUM” is organized this time under the theme of “Corporate Governance beyond Compliance – the challenges for Regulators and Investors in Building Sustainable Companies” in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on June 12, 2018. Opening Speakers were Mr. S. Davaasuren, Chairperson, FRC, Mr. Tuyen D. Nguyen, IFC Resident Representative, Mr. R. Amarjargal, Chairperson, Corporate Governance Development Center. 
The Keynote Speaker was Mr. Chris Razook, IFC CG lead for East Asia Pacific (EAP) region and did put a presentation on a subject of “Corporate Governance from an Investor’s Perspective”. The first session of the forum was under a subject of “Effective protection of Investors: Challenges and Opportunities” with sub-themes: 
-  The importance of better disclosure and transparency /Annual report and sustainability reporting
-  Financial Reporting
-  Role of market intermediaries  
-  Legal environment for protection of shareholders’ rights  
-  Related Party Transactions  

The second session was focused on a subject of “Regulators’ Perspective on Corporate Governance: Challenges and next steps” with following sub-topics:
- Recent legal and regulatory developments 
- The upcoming changes in the framework for Corporate Governance
- Global corporate governance trends and applying them in Mongolia
