Her work incorporates how macro-level systems contribute to individual arrested development.

Contacting Loved Ones on the Other Side - Convo with Medium Miranda May

If you are someone who struggles with feelings of not good enough, you're bad or there's something wrong with you, chances are you're harboring hidden shame. Shame is the #1 reason we do not achieve success in some if not all areas of our life.
