Toadbias is making slow alternative music for the chronically melancholic. Taking inspiration from bands like Whatever, Dad, Daniel Johnston, thanks for coming, and Harry Schonberg, Toadbias is trying to capture that feeling of a rock caught between your heart and your stomach, precariously waiting to fall and hopefully, this music can make that stone drop and give you the release we so desperately crave. Using repeated acoustic melodies, meandering basslines and sounds captured from our urban surroundings, the music is made to give those listeners who habitually romanticise sadness the blessed experience of quivering tears in public transport.

Currently working on an EP of originals alongside developing stage presence.
