DELTARUNE: Rune of the Corrupted is a short Deltarune AU where a sudden unfathomable event occured at both Light World and Dark World. An infected virus named, Spam-tion.cmd, was injected in both worlds, causing the entire universe to malfunction. Significant characters are replaced with their corresponding alternate version of their normal variation, appearing and behaving very spammy and faulty especially the bigger characters; unbeknownst to them, they are from another universe of some kind. The true secret of what truly happened to the areas and the characters still remain a mystery, however; the 3 Heroes of LIGHT, despite the struggle to cooperate properly and be aware of their true existence, tackle numerous characters with similiar traits and areas that are also beyond comprehension to their own visions.

Updated the thumbnail's poor quality and the AU title typo.

ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE I UPLOADED MUSIC AAAA. I've been pretty busy with stuff since I'm involved in more teams tho it is fun to be involved with even more other projects, plus I'm meeting more people! And within those weeks, got like 3 achievements! 10K listens in a week, 200+ SC Followers and 200 YT Subs! Thank you so much for the support! Honestly, couldn't make it without yall :)! Also, this isn't the project I promised to publish, again, its in mid-October! This is another mini AU that ill work on a bit!

The way this theme works is that if one of the characters are gone, their dedicated section's melody will disappear along with their voicelines. Example, if Ralsei is not in your team, the 2nd section's melody will not be heard but the base pattern will still be present and the other melodies are present aka Kris' and Susie's melody. And fun fact: the base pattern only has Earthbound NEW instruments which is a reference to Spamton's quality of having mostly Earthbound instruments and the heroes' melodies' instruments are from their corresponding BIG SHOT replacements.

Right after being ambushed by Spamdinns and Spamthy, a half-familiar face comes busting in. The figure exclaims his indentity as Lancer, exclaiming his greatness and current experience with his current world. Lancer is a purple and white entity portraying as a spade that dons a blue cape, purple gloves and a blue crown with a gold gem at the center. They seem to always have cards either on their hands or just in general. They perform card tricks while talking to the confused gang. Susie is unamazed by Lancer at all and decided not to listen to him despite him being so familiar to her. And to that, Lancer is determined to catch Susie's attention while trying to leave this cursed dimension.

So, I figured out the story. There is no Light World at all. You first start on where you first start on Deltarune's first Dark World but instead this time the 3 heroes are already together. Kris, Susie, and Ralsei don't know each other but don't seem hostile with each other. They all want to go to their respective dimensions and seem like they have to work together on something they don't even know what. However, even though they are working together, they somehow seem to always be in a conflict where Kris is arguing that Susie and Ralsei aren't working while Susie is busy cursing and flicking off the enemies despite it will do nothing due to her censorship while Ralsei is just being oddly cute and thinking about smoking, cars, and guns. They seem to get along well, though. Story will be created more as I make more tracks for the AU. 
Oh yeah, I'm only working on character and boss themes for this AU. I'm not even sure if I'll do everyone but stay tuned!

Lancer is a self-deemed magician whose specialty consists of Arcana Cards, his personal favorite being Major Arcana. He is right after first met in Spam Castle where Kris, Susie, and Ralsei are ambushed by Spamdinns and Spamthy. He introduces himself, exclaiming that he has implied precognition and the gang was too slow. He demands the party to let him know where he is and give him directions to leave this weird dimension. However, the party is as clueless as him which enrages Lancer to battle them. He has a fully-fledged bicycle with no training wheels and a burning aura around it. The aura changes depending on the Major Arcana card he is using. He can ride his bicycle with no hands whilst performing card tricks and stunts without harming himself. He, for some reason, likes to target Susie the most with no exact reason as to why which Susie is pissed about.
