Recent freeform Westpsy song. This one's a bit longer than my others. 

Dedicated to Goa Gil (Thanks for nurturing this expression of myself!)

Made a few mix decisions after taking a break. 

Removed a sound, fixed the overall mix of each section. 

This is one full composition of 8 separate parts that flow together into this overall piece. 

I thought about splitting this up into two songs, but I think it's a good expression as one full piece. Probably one of those bits that you may not hear everytime I play.

Eternal Wanderlust (rough Mix First Render)

DJ Masda is a seasoned selector renowned for his deep excursions in house and techno. Born and raised at the foot of Mount Fuji, his path has taken him out from the shadow of the sacred mountain, through Osaka, and placed him firmly in the nerve centre of European techno, Berlin. He made his first steps in the 90s, spinning expertly chosen vinyls and developing a keen ear for subtler details that quickly got him noticed. In the decades since, he’s been busy building a body of work that includes playing at some of the world’s most revered venues and running his very own label and club series Cabaret with So Inagawa. Under their imprint,  he’s primarily focused on giving a platform to friends, those with whom he shares a personal connection and whose music brings something fresh and fun to the label; this fraternity of musical souls are hard at work to bring the very best of the Cabaret sound to market. Here, Masda’s own signature mix is made manifest for Bassiani Podcast 199: a patiently crafted three-hour dive into eerie electro, bouncy house, even a peppering of Italo nostalgia, recorded live at Horoom’s season close last July. A perfect end to summer and a perfect start to a new year, an act that’ll be hard to follow.

This next guest has cast a large shadow over the technosphere, so large in fact, that no introduction could fully encompass the breadth of his achievements. But in brief: Ben Klock is a titan whose formative years were spent playing marathon mixes to the crowds at Berlin’s (then recently opened) Berghain. Off the back of his endurance sets and the club’s success he became a household name whose influence grew to be felt across the world, with a body of work that includes appearances at an exhaustive list of clubs and festivals, a number of hot releases on Ostgut Ton and an equally respected self-run label (Klockworks) to boot. @Pantomiman is George Agaronov (or Gosha for short), a Russian psytrance producer with some extra flavor on top — he is a professional comic actor who comes from a family of circus comedy performers! Early in his childhood years Gosha began playing musical instruments, performing on stage and later composing his parts for a circus band. When Gosha was a teenager he discovered electronic music and a bit later towards the late nineties Gosha discovered something that felt very natural to him — psychedelic trance. Since then Gosha has been developing and working on his own sound, partly with expert guidance from Alex Parasense. Pantomiman’s groovy bass lines and comical themes make people dance and laugh at the same time, while of course his skilful sound synthesis guarantees that a trip will be adventurous, joyful and amusing.

I had a look around on the net and couldn't find it any where but i did download it 13 years ago and kept a copy on one of my hard drives all this time. This DJ mix is from the Electric Gardens Festival back in August 2007 and compliments the A Skillz mix which you will find on the Old Breaks Mixes Soundcloud too. Enjoy !

Артем с раннего детства полностью посвящал все свое время музыке. Он с детства играл на гитаре, был участником двух рок-групп, вплоть до дня, когда он вошел в контакт с психоделической транс-музыкой. В конце 2003 года начал пробовать себя в качестве ди-джея и изучать программное обеспечение для создания музыки. В 2006 году Psart сыграл свой первый сет на фестивале КаZантип, а в 2007 году уже выпустил дебютный трек Intacto на интернет-лейбле PsyRussia. В начале 2008 года присоединился к профессиональной промогруппе MULTIVISION (ранее G.F.S.T.) и выступал на многих крупных вечеринках в России.
В 2010 году Артем получил награду в номинации "Best Full-On DJ” в городе Москва. В 2011 году решает перебраться в Гоа, где сразу вливается в интернациональную команду Goa Freaks Community основанную Тимуром Мамедовым (XP Voodoo). Играл во многих знаменитых гоанских и индийских клубах и на опен-эйрах страны.
В начале 2014 стал резидентом Английского транс-лейбла Aphid Records.
С недавнего времени является резидентом ChillOutPlanet Festival @Chill-Out-Planet-Records и куратором главной сцены фестиваля.
