I am pretty sure the fastest way to change the world for the better is that everyone develops his/her consciousness and heals. I think this is the fastest and the straightest way to do so. Of course we can also put our energy in saving the planet actions, but I recon it’s not that powerful and sustainable like everyone working on its personal healing. If we chose this way there will be loads of mistakes less because you will feel your natural one being with universe and everything and you will be able to fit in seemless, without causing any negative impact on the natural oneness of existence, far away from bias caused through damaged and all the time compensating egos. Our way to natural selflove will free every single one of us from patterns that does not serve us any more.

What is Cosmic Music Movement

It is about creating a safe space for all of us. Where we can be, who we are and express ourselves. All kinds of feelings and emotions and everything are accepted and welcome! We gather and express ourselves to music. Like in an ecstatic dance it is just about the music and during the time the music is playing we don’t talk. It is like a meditation, while dancing your as off. 

If presented live there is an opening ceremony where everybody can put his intentions into this dance and a Breath-work before we start a two hour music journey, that will take you literally everywhere. No rules, every kind of music and every kind of movement will be welcome - sometimes fast and loud, and sometimes slow and low, feminine and masculine energies changing. It will be a journey through all possible emotions.

If you are able to surrender to all the music that will be presented to you during the Cosmic Music Movement, by tuning into the frequency of people who like it, then you have a perfect training for life. If you can find joy in everything, you are perfectly able to surf the waves of life. Letting go of fear and welcoming trust and love. Remember you are just a shift of perception away from satisfaction, always! See what you have and be thankful for that, so abundance is created in your life instead of lack.
