Fuck You I Want Coffee

Wrote this right after I moved out and into another city in September 2020. I think it kinda speaks for itself. Realizing that everyday stuff is becoming more difficult due to lack of energy plus the 6 hours train ride it would take to visit the city is used to live in.

The idea for the metaphor of "having an altar of candles in my heart" is connected to the heart chakra and came to me during an online yoga course last year around may. Also it instantly made me think of a person who really means a lot to me. The song turned out to be more universe-like but I guess that was the result of writing the song right after meditating. Maybe I should do that again ;)

Because I miss people that I feel close to I imagined what it would be like if we could just meet up in our dreams and overcome the distance that way. Really, I could get lost in imagining stuff like this. In a way I like the word "virtual hug" and in another I am so sick of it like for real nothing compares to a REAL hug. There's more to the song but right know I don't have the words.
