It's easy to focus on the external benefits of eating right.

And sure... it helps a lot with that.

What about how it affects your mood though? And what about how over time that can actually change who you are?

This is something I don't think is talked about enough and I wish it was.

Think about those grumpy people you know in the world... I guarantee their diet is trash.

Guarantee it!!

It's insane to me to think that just by changing the things you eat, you could literally become a new person.

So, if looking better doesn't do it for you, consider that.

Like, what is it that you want in this world?

I promise good nutrition will help with that.
