Haunting Ambiences Vol. 2 is brought to you as the successor to one of our fastest selling Sound Effects Libraries to date, made in collaboration with recordist Georgi Valchev from West Wolf. This sequel contains a complete arsenal of every horror ambience you will need to build film, tv, escape room and video game scenes, from squealing farm animals to haunted ancient tombs. We have included an array of 20 dense, multilayered construction kits, to design the soundtrack of your deepest, darkest nightmares.

Our dedicated team of Audio Craftsmen scoured menacing shipyards, abandoned mansions and forgotten forests within some of the most frightening locations across Eastern Europe to bring you this extensive library of authentic horror textures.

All of the sound recordings have undergone meticulous editing from our in-house team, and are provided to you here as stems (many are fully dry). This allows you to fully take control of your sound design, by using plugin effects alongside further elements and processing. Perfect for horror films, escape room/live experiences and video games; all sounds are available in 96kHz, 24bit with the same running length, so that you can easily mix and match the sounds to your liking.

"Quiet School Ambiences" is a library that is recorded in several schools in Bulgaria (Eastern Europe) during summer vacation. They are old and have a characteristic sound with creaking doors and interesting spaces, corridors, rooms, toilets, a basement and even an attic inhabited by many pigeons. Some of the tracks were recorded in a school located in a small town and there is almost no noise from heavy traffic, only a few birds. Another part of the atmospheres were recorded in a big city very close to a main boulevard and you will hear heavy traffic. In some of the tracks there is light human activity from teachers on duty or security, footsteps, distant voices, etc.
The library includes several doors with a specific sound recorded from a classroom and from a corridor because the reverberation is different. You will also hear lights turning on and off. Much of the library was recorded with two stereo setups at the same time, usually in different directions (corridors and bathrooms) or different configurations (doors).

Night cityscapes is a collection of ambiences that are recorded in Sofia, Bulgaria, at night and very early morning. All recordings were made between 01:30 and 05: 30 am.This collection will uncover city in a way you may not know. You will find an atmospheres of quiet and empty small streets in the city center, where can be heard some air conditioners, urban hum and light traffic in the far background.
Lonely sounds of traffic lights. One single taxi passes and disappears into the night, and then it is followed by silence. Empty streets and squares with distant voices and footsteps going somewhere. Major boulevards with light night traffic. Industrial empty streets, where electric buzz and big air conditioners can be heard. Very, very early morning atmospheres filled with singing birds eager to foreshadow the beginning of a new day.

"Restaurant Ambiences" is the first package of a series of libraries that include ambiences from different places in restaurants.
Most of this pack was stelth-recorded. Here you will find atmospheres recorded during trips in Bulgaria and Germany, so you may find Bulgarian or German speech. This package includes variety of ambiences, which are recorded at different times of the day and at various places in restaurants. You will find noisy crowds in the restaurant's garden during dinner, a typical atmosphere of a large German restaurant (beer house), a small café, a kitchen in a small restaurant (during lunch preparation), kitchen room tones, warehouses, etc.

Protesting People is a small collection of 26 ambiences recorded in Sofia (Bulgaria) tracking in 3 different days a peaceful protest to protect nature and forests from construction. This library will take you to the middle of 7,000-10000 crowds of people protecting nature. You can hear a lot of people and unrecognizable speech, the noise of a variety of instruments such as whistles, drums and others used in similar events. Construction Ambiences is a library of atmospheres that tracks different processes from the construction site. It was recorded in Sofia, Bulgaria during the renovation of several objects in the city center, namely: small streets, squares and big streets. The processes are shaking and removing old pavements and placing new ones (pavement, aswalt, tiles, etc.). You will hear a variety of road construction equipment: Hydraulic Jackhammer, Excavator, Fadroma, Plate Compactor, Buzzsaw, Chainsaw and other hand and mechanical tools. Workers who speak and chant in distant backgrounds without hearing a recognizable speech can also be heard. Тhe feeling of an urban environment is aided by the reflected sound waves of surrounding buildings. Enjoy the construction site

Quiet Hotels At Night is the first one of themed library series in which you'll go through night hotels. The package includes 27 stereo tracks with evening and night atmospheres from hotel corridors and rooms. The library is recorded mostly in large hotels in Bulgaria, Sweden and Romania. You will hear a variety of quiet atmospheres from empty corridors and rooms, air conditioners, bathrooms, an empty lobby bar with working refrigerators, to low activity from neighbouring rooms and backgrounds, screaming from a distant room, etc. Room tones and ambiеnces are suitable background for any audiovisual projects.

Quiet Hotels At Night Preview

Seaside Nature and Waves is a collection of 48 atmospheres of seashore nature. It is recorded in the Greek part of the Mediterranean Sea and the Bulgarian part of the Black Sea. Inside you will find forest atmospheres abounding from birds and sea songs far in backgrounds to insects and other natural sounds typical of the regions. The second part of the library is assigned to the sea. There you will hear waves that are recorded from different distances and emotional states of the sea. You will feel the power of Mother Nature in the waves breaking up in the rocks and the stormy sea foreshadow an autumn storm.

Pedestrian Streets is a library of 50 ambiences from around 15 different streets, recorded in about 7 cities mostly in Bulgaria.

Most recordings are made in late autumn or winter because bird life is minimized. The task of this library is to capture much of the different dynamics of pedestrian streets: from zero activity to busy streets, basically concentrating on light activity periods.

It's principally recorded in the morning, and you'll hear the sounds of single footsteps, light voices, shopping streets, dogs, air conditioners, and more of the sounds of a rising city.

Another basic idea is the minimal presence of cars (as much as possible). There are also atmospheres with greater dynamism, lively streets and various periods of the day.
