Lake Haze returns to Photonz label "One Eyed Jacks" for the definitive launch of his "Aranhas" series, a run of releases themed around a fascination with spiders and gut-wrenching, rave-crushing dance music. Tracks such as "Rush Hour" premiered here(a sort of proto-aranha) and "Aranha Negra" are now available for the first time on vinyl, paired with the highly anticipated OEJ anthems "Aranha de Prata" and "Aranha Vermelha" - standout tracks in the sets of Photonz and Violet in recent months. It's not all about brute force here though; on top of his trademark slowed down gabba kick drums, Lake Haze lays some of the most emotional melodic lines you'll hear in a rave anytime soon, bringing true Lisbon melancholy to the fore in a truly unique way.
