Workshopped and recorded with BBC National Orchestra of Wales as part of Composition Wales 2020/2021.

Ternion is inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's painting 'Adoration of the Magi'. 
Unlike other paintings of the time, Mary, Jesus' mother is at the focal point of the painting. 
The music is written from the viewers perspective, their gaze wandering around the painting, before coming to rest on Mary again, at the end.
