Crucifixus (The EQ ReScramble Remix)

I composed this piece to be the backdrop to super 8 footage that my friend Dion shot in the mid-90s at a queer event at the Botanical Gardens in Te Whanganui-a-Tara which resurfaced in 2018. 
What was surprising to me was how many times I had to view the footage to remember that the woman sitting beside was once a romantic partner.  I was fascinated at how my mind had completely erased her from my memory.
