demo of raise rejection. this song is about a man who keeps asking for a promotion or a raise at work while struggling to put food on the dinner table for his wife and kids. he gets rejected each time. even though he feels that he puts all of his effort in, it is effected by his lack of motivation as the days repeat and he doesn’t ever get to have at least a raise.
