In November, Club Management magazine named Boris Gradina the 2023 Club Executive of the Year. A 17-year member of CMAA, Boris currently serves as the General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of Maryland Golf and Country Clubs (MGCC) in Bel Air, MD.
