The hardest thing about music composition and arrangement is not the measures you write, but the measures you delete. There is so much amazing musical potential in combining Gaster’s Theme and Megalovania, and this only explores a small subset of what could be done.

I started this project layering a slow, creepy, dark version of Megalovania on top of Gaster’s Theme. While that did sound interesting, ultimately that’s not what the arrangement became. I still cannot believe that Megalovania can be layered directly on top of Gaster’s Theme without the music sounding muddy! I’m pretty happy with how this turned out, especially since I arranged it in the span of one day.

This is a upgrated version of the Battle Theme for Disbelief Papyrus, since it is based on Interestellar Retribution Theme, there's some parts left of the original Song... I've rescued them to fit the battle, because the original ver. are very tiny to play in a loop.

Battle Against A True Hero (Lyrical Adaptation)

Long ago, before any timeline existed, there was but a single canvas. It was bland and white. However, the gods who were saddened by the empty world decided to give life to the mortal realm. In their ambition, the gods of ancient times created two twin brothers both named Sans. They were each cast into the mortal world for two separate purposes; one created and one deleted. Given their task, they created many universes and sometimes fixed mistakes when too much was created. However, over eons of time, the twin grew jealous of his twin's ability to create and so he rebelled against him and tried to defeat him in an attempt to steal his paintbrush that created life. After his defeat, the angered brother tried to construct an ultimate weapon of destruction; that weapon was called the "Tangler", a set of glowing, blue strings bound to Sans' body and soul. He used this to cause mayhem and rip portals open between different Alternate Universes. Because of this, Ink Sans had to take action on this injustice and stop his twin, holding him accountable for his actions. However, Sans could not do this alone. And so he prayed to the gods of creation and asked them for someone to aid him. They heard his plead for help and created a new brother for him; Ink Papyrus! And so the two of them traveled across many Universes in a fight for restoring the peaceful state of all the universes that the two Sans's created, and ending the cross-dimensional wars! Little did they know that Error Sans had a fierce and evil friend to accompany him in his quest to delete everything. This villain was none other than Error Undyne. And so the quest of creating and deleting continued through time but now, a rainbow-shirted human named Ink Frisk must consult the monsters of the Anti-Void to bring an end to this mayhem once and for all!
