Les démarches territoriales constituent aujourd’hui la méthode d’intervention privilégiée de nombreuses politiques publiques locales, au plus près des populations, de leurs besoins et des ressources du territoire. Dans le domaine de la santé, elles sont notamment incarnées par les Contrats locaux de santé (CLS), les Ateliers santé ville (ASV), et les Conseils locaux de santé mentale (CLSM).

La crise sanitaire a profondément mis en lumière le besoin d’animation et d’articulation intersectorielle que ces démarches peuvent assumer. Pour les conduire, les démarches territoriales de santé nécessitent d’être coordonnées, c’est même une de leur raison d’être !

Ces enjeux et réflexions ont été soulevés dans le Dossier ressources « Les coordinations des démarches territoriales de santé, ASV, CLS, CLSM ». Nous vous invitons à les poursuivre lors d’une présentation du Dossier ressources et de l’enquête sur le déploiement des démarches ASV et CLS (2023), suivie d’une table-ronde qui permettra de croiser différents contextes (milieux rural/urbain, portage communal/intercommunal ; …).

Quelles sont les échelles de déploiement et qu’en est-il de la cohérence des territoires retenus ? Quid du pilotage et quels en sont les enjeux ? Qu’en est-t-il de l’effectivité du travail en transversalité nécessaire pour insuffler de la santé dans toutes les politiques ? Comment les coordinateur·trices décrivent-ils et elles leurs missions ? Quelles en sont les dimensions et les caractéristiques ?
