Growing Up In Africa

Once upon a time, in a forest far, far away, there were two buddies who found themselves in quite the pickle. They were on the run from something mysterious, and before they knew it, they were completely lost in the depths of the forest. They wandered aimlessly for what felt like centuries, trying to make sense of their predicament. 
As the days turned into weeks and the weeks turned into years, their spirits started to dwindle. They couldn't help but question the very fabric of reality itself. And just when they thought things couldn't get any weirder, they noticed something peculiar – two shadows, side by side, following them wherever they went. 
But as time went on, those two shadows slowly merged into one. It was a mind-boggling revelation for one of the friends. Suddenly, it hit him like a ton of bricks – he had been alone all this time! The other friend, who had been nothing more than a figment of his imagination, vanished into thin air. 
And just like that, our protagonist found himself in a state of utter disillusionment. The forest, once filled with mystery and adventure, now felt like a cruel prank. He had spent decades walking through the deep, dark woods, only to discover that he had been his own company all along. 
So, dear reader, let this be a cautionary tale to always trust your instincts and never rely too heavily on imaginary friends. After all, you never know when they might just disappear into the shadows, leaving you alone in the wilderness of your own thoughts.

Ong namo guru dev namo (Sanskrit: ॐ नमो गुरु देव् नमो) is an important mantra used often in Kundalini yoga. This mantra means “I bow, or salutations to the divine teacher.” It can also be viewed as meaning, " bow to the teacher within." It is also sometimes called the Adi mantra.

This mantra is usually chanted three times at the beginning of a Kundalini yoga practice or class. Ong namo guru dev namo is considered a high vibration, protective mantra as it is believed to help the yogi to connect with the power and insights of the community of Kundalini yoga students and teachers as a whole. Haleen is a realization of a Belgian husband and wife duo. They operate from an off-grid setting in Portugal and have created their own unique genre of music. Their sound is highly recognizable and their music is inspired by their energy shift and transformation of consciousness. Their music is mind-opening, hypnotic, and uplifting. Hans's musical journey commenced at a very young age! After attending several rock concerts, he was inspired to take the stage himself and purchased his first electric guitar at the age of 15. Teaching himself to play, within just one year of dedicated practice, he confidently performed at his first gig. With countless hours spent daily playing, participating in various bands, performing at numerous festivals, and gaining extensive studio experience, Hans eventually underwent a transformative shift, bidding farewell to the metal scene and incorporating all he had learned into his musical arsenal.

Following this evolution, Hans delved into a different musical realm, strumming a new tune on an acoustic guitar and opting for a tuning of 432Hz instead of the conventional 440Hz. This marked the inception of a unique chapter where Kath, added her vocals to his compositions. Embracing electronic music, a genre he previously hadn't favored, Hans not only expanded his musical horizons but also crafted an entirely fresh sound—a genre unto itself.

With minimal musical exposure in her past, Kath underwent a radical overnight shift in her musical taste—from indulging in the greatest hits of mainstream artists across genres like Disco, Rock 'n' Roll, and Metal to immersing herself in the captivating realms of Electronic Dance Music.

Her musical evolution reflects a seismic change, transcending traditional boundaries and embracing a diverse array of sounds.
