A Trance Yearbook of 1999 - Part Six

Matt Hardwick is the next to feature in my Trance Classics DJ series, a former resident Gatecrasher DJ at The Republic Sheffield, who’s now retired from the scene. 
An amazing DJ and one of my favourites I loved the sound he brought to his sets, a lot of these tracks on here feature in his resident transmission mixes as well as some of his sets at The Republic for both Gatecrasher on the Saturday and Blessed on the Monday. Here is my old school set from the 1994 event that was 2 months ago at The Classic Grand nightclub in Glasgow, hosted by one of my best friends in the scene DJ MC Mallorca Lee! 

I wanted to play a full on old school set that was packed full of loads of the tracks that heavily influenced me back in the day and have helped to shape the sound that I have today, early 90's trance, hard trance and acid trance..like the Noom Records releases and stuff like Harthouse, Bonzai Music (Official), Eye Q Records and Important Records etc etc.

A little bit about me, I love listening to trance music from the 90's through to the mid 2000's which is what I call the Golden era. I used to live in Yorkshire were I pretty much lived for the weekend and on a Saturday night would end up in Gatecrasher at The Republic Sheffield. Mostly I would frequent the clubs in my then hometown of Hull but Crasher is where I discovered trance music.

I try to put out a new mix once or twice a month just depending how much time I have. I love to take people on a journey with my mixes.

I hope you enjoy listening to them as much as I do, if you do it would be great if you could give the mix a like and a repost., maybe even a comment. I like to interact with the people who listen to my mixes and really do appreciate you guys taking time out to listen to them.
