At the beginning of the year a friend of mine showed me the first episode of Homer radio, which started out with a version of 9 to 5 by Dolly Parton driiiiipped in reverb, and spanning a whole gamut of sounds. Ever since I've been looking for an excuse to channel this energy, so here we are lol. I leaned in to a narrative element for this one, evoking an adventure exploring the parts of your home that you never knew existed. Olivia ended up getting very FLCL vibes from it all. This Episode was recorded during an HF artist residency with Tano Jackson from HF Headquarters in Cologne. Mindtheblue, Producer and Beatmaker from Cologne, collaborated and produced music with Tano Jackson during this residency. Both were invited to record a mix with Host and Selekta Parissa, that reflects their musical tastes and collaborative spirit at a particular moment in their artistic journey together.

We are delighted to have welcomed the multi-talented Ghanaian artist, Tano Jackson, to our Heavy Feelings residency in Cologne. This collaborative work allowed us to produce an innovative audiovisual project together. Jackson, a versatile artist excelling as a songwriter, producer, filmmaker, author, and creative mind, is forging a distinctive identity that moves beyond traditional artistic confines within our Space.

We are pleased to announce that this residency marks the beginning of a promising partnership between Jackson and Heavy Feelings. Efforts are underway at full speed to soon unveil the fruits of this collaboration.
