Built from the ground up on a foundation of distorted synth swagger and hip-shaking rhythm, Who Got The Funk? pays homage to the classic funk ethos while twisting it through Garlic Party’s warped, modern lens. Every horn stab, every slap of percussion, and every low-end pulse feels alive like a dancefloor sermon in a sweaty, euphoric basement where time doesn’t exist.

For Garlic Party, this single marks a creative milestone, the first glimpse into his debut Follow Me EP, a project that captures his evolution as both producer and visual architect. After years designing artwork and contributing sound to the Grand Alliance Music family, with releases from Willdabeast, BUTTONZ, Groovee, Aydose, and Treats MC, Garlic Party now stands alone, fully realized and fearlessly original.

His previous singles: “Cheese,” “Represent,” and “Killa”, helped define the early Grand sound, a fusion of humor, swagger, and underground sensibility. Who Got The Funk? pushes that lineage forward, distilling everything that makes Garlic Party who he is: bold, funky, unpredictable, and utterly his own flavor.
